As a leading LED light manufacturer in China, we have the complete manufacturing machines, including CNC cutting machine, SMT machine, high/low temperature testing machine, voltage/current measurement instruments, integrating sphere, IES room, laser printing tool, etc.
Manufacturing Process
In order to make perfect RGB light fixtures, we have a series of strict manufacturing procedures. First, we will design the solutions as per customers’ requirements, and then make samples for testing. After the verification, we will purchase the materials and begin the bulk production. During the manufacturing process, we will do soldering, assembling, testing, QC inspection and packing, etc.
